How can I track my online order?

When your parcel has been dispatched, you'll receive an email that includes a unique tracking code.
To find out where your parcel is, click here and enter your tracking code.

My order hasn't arrived, what now?

If your order hasn't arrived, please contact Customer Support at info@desiam.com, and we will look into it for you.

Who will deliver my order?

We use the services of GLS Europe.
Note that depending on where it's being
delivered, they may use a range of different freight and transport providers.

Does someone need to be home to accept delivery?

If you are not home, the provider will supply a proof of delivery note and will leave the parcel at a relay member nearest you. You can find a list of relay members here

Where my order will be shipped from?

For zone 1 to 3, your parcel will be prepared and shipped from Belgium by our local partner Bleuze.
