Oil the meat
Apply a generous amount of olive oil to your meat and make sure it coats the entire surface of the meat. Oiling the meat first helps the spices to adhere better. Then add coarse salt.
Add SIAM steak seasoning.
Season the steaks generously on both sides with SIAM steak seasoning. The seasoning will stick to the surface and help create a delicious crust.
Flip and repeat on the other side.
Pan fry the steak
Put a pan on medium heat. When it's slightly hot, add vegetable oil to the pan and let the oil heat for about 2 -3 minutes.
Put the steaks flat in the pan and press down with a spoon. Let the steaks sear for 3 minutes or till nicely browned then flip them to the other side and fry for another 3 minutes.
Plate your dish
Slice the steak.
Serve alongside a salad. Enjoy!.
