Vermicelli Salad

Spicy & lemony salad

Ingredients   Servings: 2 people

Vermicelli Noodles kit1 pack
Mixed seafood200g
Tomatoes 2 pieces
Onion (sliced)½ piece
Celery 1 bunch
Red chilli 1 piece


1. Boil the noodles

Soak vermicelli in boiled water for 5 minutes until soft. 
Drain and keep aside.

2. Cook the seafood

Bring 400ml of water to the boil.
Add the seafood and then the noodles.
Boil until cooked through. Drain well.

3. Make the salad

In a salad bowl combine together quartered tomatoes, sliced onion and chopped celery.
Add the seafood and the noodles. 
Add the dressing (included in the vermicelli kit). 
Mix well together.

4. Plate your dish

Garnish with red chillies (optional) and serve.
