Vermicelli Salad

Vermicelli salad: so fresh and satisfying, balancing all of the flavors that are common in Thai cuisine – sweet, sour, savory, and spicy!

INGREDIENTS

Vermicelli Salad ingredients
 Vermicelli Noodles kit 1 pack
Mixed seafood 200g
Tomatoes (quartered) 2 pieces
Onion (sliced) ½ piece
 Celery (chopped) 1 bunch
Red chilli 1 piece

INSTRUCTIONS

Soften the noodles

Soak vermicelli in boiled water for 5 minutes until soft. Drain the noodles and set them aside.

Cook the seafood

Bring 400ml of water to the boil. Add the seafood. Boil the contents until they’re cooked through. Drain well.

Put together the salad

In a salad bowl combine the tomatoes, onion and celery. Add the seafood and the noodles. Lather the dressing (included in kit) over all the ingredients, and then mix well.

Plate your dish

Garnish a plate of your Vermicelli Salad with red chillies (optional) before serving your dish.
