Tom Kha Kai Soup

Coconut creamy mild soup

Ingredients   Servings: 2 people

Chicken breast 150g
Tom Kha stock2 sachets
Coconut Cream165ml
Fish sauce1 tbsp
Dried Lime Leaves2 pieces
Mushrooms5 pieces
Lemon juice1 tbsp
Fresh coriander1 bunch


1. Cook the chicken

Boil 350ml of water.
Add 150g chicken breast (sliced).

2. Add the stock

Add 5 pieces mushrooms (sliced).
Add 2 sachets of Tom Kha instant soup powder.

3. Add coconut cream

Pour in the coconut cream.
Add 2 kaffir leaves and 1 tbsp fish sauce. 
Simmer until cooked through.

4. Garnish & Serve

Add 1 tbsp lemon juice and garnish with fresh coriander.
Serve in soup bowls.
