Thai Salmon Ceviche

Ingredients   Servings: 6 portions

Salmon 150g
Lemongrass Dressing1 bottle
Garlic1 clove
Shallots2 pieces
Red chillies2 pieces
Lemongrass2 stems
Basil leaves1 bunch
Mint leaves1 bunch
Fresh coriander1 bunch

Method

1. Mince the vegetables

Mince finely all herbs and spices

2. Slice the salmon

Cut the salmon into thin slices.

3. Add the dressing

Place salmon slices into small serving cups.
Add 1 tsp of lemongrass dressing.

4. Garnish with fresh herbs

Garnish each cup with the minced herbs and spices.
