Thai Salmon Ceviche

A refreshing and luscious appetizer

Ingredients   Servings: 6 portions

Salmon 150g
Lemongrass Dressing1 bottle
Garlic1 clove
Shallots2 pieces
Red chillies2 pieces
Lemongrass2 stems
Basil leaves1 bunch
Mint leaves1 bunch
Fresh coriander1 bunch


1. Mince the vegetables

Mince all the herbs and spices finely.

2. Slice the salmon

Cut the salmon into thin slices.

3. Add the dressing

Place salmon slices into small serving cups or bowls.
Lather 1 tsp of lemongrass dressing over each serving.

4. Garnish with fresh herbs

Garnish each serving with the minced herbs and spices.
