Beef Noodle Salad

Zesty and fragrant salad

Ingredients   Servings: 2 people

  Pad Thai rice noodles 170g
 Beef sirloin150g
 Cherry tomatoes 6 pieces
Cucumber 1 piece
Mint 1 bunch
Coriander 1 bunch
Onion1 piece
Wok oil with red chillies
 2 tbsp
 Fish sauce5 tsp
Coconut sugar1 tsp
Lime2 pieces


1. Cook the rice noodles

Boil rice noodles until softened about 5 minutes.
Drain and rinse thoroughly with cold water.

2. Marinade & stir-fry sirloin steak

Marinade sirloin steak with “Wok oil” red chillies oil and Thai spices.
Stir-fry sirloin steak until medium-rare. Slice beef into thin strips & set aside.

3. Make the dressing

Combine together fish sauce, lime juice and coconut sugar.

4. Make the salad

Put in a salad bowl the rice noodles, add onion, quartered cherry tomatoes,
cucumber, mint, coriander and sliced beef.
Add the dressing and mix well.
