Spicy beef with basil

The most beloved Thai street food dish

Ingredients   Servings: 2 people

Beef sirloin steak (sliced)
Wok Sauce Chilli & Thai Basil1 sachet
Broccoli florets (chopped)1 bunch
Baby corn (chopped)60g
Cherry tomatoes (quartered)5 pieces
Basil leaves (chopped)
 1 bunch


1. Stir-fry the beef

Heat 1 Tbsp vegetable oil in a wok (or a pan) on a high heat.
Place the sirloin into the wok and stir-fry until almost cooked through.

2. Stir in the sauce

Pour 1 sachet of Wok Sauce “chilli & Thai basil” into the wok. Stir until the beef is lathered in sauce.

3. Add the vegetables

Add the broccoli florets, baby corn and cherry tomatoes into the mixture. Simmer and stir occasionally until the vegetables are cooked through.

4. Plate your dish

Plate the Spicy Beef with Basil with a portion of rice or pasta. Garnish with a handful of fresh basil before serving.
