Lemongrass Beef

Quick to prepare and very tasty

Ingredients   Servings: 2 people

Sirloin beef steak250g
Lemongrass paste15g (1 sachet)
Fish sauce1 tbsp
Garlic2 cloves
Baby corn60g
Bell pepper½  piece
Onion1 piece
Coriander1 bunch


1. Stir-fry the garlic

Heat 1 Tbsp vegetable oil in a sauce pan.
Stir-fry chopped garlic until golden brown.

2. Stir-fry the beef

Add onion (sliced).
Add sirloin steak (sliced).

3. Add the vegetables

Add bell pepper (sliced), and baby corn (halved). 
Stir-fry until cooked through.

4. Add the lemongrass paste

Add 1 sachet of lemongrass paste and 6 tbsp. of water.

5. Add the seasoning

Add 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tsp fish sauce.
Bring to the boil.

6. Plate your dish

Lower the heat, simmer for a while.
Garnish with fresh coriander.
