Chicken "Satay"

Luscious with peanut sauce



30 minutes

Ingredients   Servings: 10 skewers      

Satay kit 1 pack
Peanut Coconut sauce1 bottle
Chicken breast200g
Coriander1 bunch


1. Marinate the chicken

Cut chicken breast into thin strips. Place in a bowl. 
Add Satay marinade.
Mix well and keep refrigerated for 30 minutes.

2. Make the skewers

Soak bamboo skewers for 10 minutes in cold water (to prevent burning). Thread up stripes of chicken on the skewers. 

3. Grill the chicken skewers

Grill in oven or in a big pan, basting time to time with the leftover marinade.

4. Plate your dish

Garnish with fresh chopped coriander.
Serve hot with Satay peanut sauce.
