Chicken cashew nuts

Ingredients   Servings: 2 people

Chicken breast (sliced)200g
Sauce Chilli & Coconut Sugar1 sachet
Cashew nuts (unsalted)30g
Bell pepper (diced)½
Onion (sliced)½


1. Stir-fry the chicken

Heat 1 Tbsp of vegetable oil in a wok (or a pan) on a medium-high heat. When the oil is warm add the chicken and stir until nearly cooked.

2. Stir in the sauce

Pour 1 sachet of Wok Sauce “chilli & coconut sugar” into the wok and coat all the pieces of chicken with the sauce. 

3. Add vegetables & cashew nuts

Add the onion, the bell pepper and the cashew nuts. Stir well to cover all the ingredients in sauce.
Keep on a low-medium heat to simmer and stir occasionally until all the ingredients are cooked through. 

4. Plate your dish

Serve your Chicken Cashew Nut dish with rice, pasta or even quinoa!
