Chicken cashew nuts

Ingredients   Servings: 2 people

Chicken breast200g
Sauce Chilli & Coconut Sugar1 sachet
Cashew nuts30g
Bell pepper½


1. Stir-fry the chicken

Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok (or a pan).
Stir-fry chicken breast (sliced).

2. Stir-in the sauce

Pour 1 sachet of Wok Sauce “chilli & coconut sugar”.

3. Add vegetables & cashew nuts

Add ½ onion (sliced) and ½ bell pepper (diced).
Add 30g of cashew nuts (unsalted).
Simmer and stir occasionally until cooked through.

4. Plate your dish

Serve with rice or pasta.
