THAI COOKING TONIGHT
Tom Kha soup
Coconut creamy mild soup
Boil 350ml of water.
Add 2 sachets of Tom Kha instant soup powder.
Add 150g chicken breast (sliced).
Add 100ml coconut milk, 5 pieces mushrooms (sliced),
2 kaffir leaves and 1 tbsp fish sauce. Simmer until cooked through.
Add 1 tbsp lemon juice and garnish with fresh coriander.
Serve in soup bowls.
Before serving add a few drops
of coconut milk in the soup for decoration.
