Pour 1 bag of deSIAM ginger paste into a bowl.
Add 1 tsp of sesame oil, 1 tbsp of light soy sauce,
1 tbs of honey and a pinch of ground white pepper.
Mix well together.
Grill 200g salmon steak along with 30g green asparagus,
10g spring onion and 20g of mushrooms.
Serve with fresh lettuce.
Pour the ginger dressing over.
